"Good products, but prices are a bit steep"
I’ve used siemens a bit their products seem solid. The website was easy enough to get around, and I was able to find what I needed without getting annoyed or wasting too much time.

The only thing that made me hesitate was the pricing. Some stuff feels a little pricey for what you’re getting, so the value is just okay in my opinion. I’d probably still buy from them, but I’d definitely check around and compare prices first.

"Found the spare part, but it took some effort"
I needed a spare part for my siemens appliance and was glad to see it was actually listed on the site. That said, finding the exact right one took longer than I expected, and the prices felt a little on the high side. I did get the order confirmation and receipt by email, which was helpful to keep track of everything. Delivery turned up okay in the end, but the whole process just wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. Overall, 3 stars from me.

"Repair took ages and the fridge still isn't fixed"
I booked a repair through siemens.com and it was frustrating. The technician showed up late, and after all that my fridge still has the exact same problem. I’ve contacted support a few times but they just keep passing me from one person to another. Really annoying and not what I expected at all

"Delivery was a mess and nobody really helped"
I ordered a part from siemens and the whole delivery thing was a pain. The date kept moving around and there wasnt any real update about what was going on. The tracking page was basically useless too, it just sat on the same status for days, so I ended up calling around myself trying to figure out where the package even was.

When it finally showed up, it was more than a week late and the box was beat up. Support was nice enough on the phone, but they didnt actually fix anything, just kept telling me to wait. For a company that big, I expected way better logistics and communication.

"Honestly, the software wore me out"
I tried using the Siemens site/software and it just drained my patience quickly. The menus aren’t intuitive, everything feels like it takes way more clicks than it should, and a few pages left me sitting there wondering what I was supposed to do next. It really feels built for people who already know the system inside out, not someone trying to figure it out as they go. After dealing with so many clunky portals lately, I just didn’t have the energy to keep fighting with it and ended up giving up.

"We had a rough time trying to..."
We had a rough time trying to use siemens for system integration.

On paper, the tools seemed like they should connect without too much trouble, but... yeah, that was not our experience. A lot of the setup documentation felt outdated, and support kept pointing us in different directions instead of helping us actually fix the issue. We ended up losing days just trying to get basic data to sync.

Maybe it works better if you’ve got a larger team or more internal expertise, but for us, it was just slow, confusing, and way more hassle than it was worth

"Warranty was handled in the end, just not quickly"
I had a problem with my Siemens appliance while it was still under warranty, and I assumed it would be a straightforward fix. The first response took longer than expected, and I ended up chasing them a couple of times, which got a bit frustrating. "I was excited when I bought..."
I was excited when I bought this Siemens appliance because I’ve always thought of the brand as solid and reliable. At first, it worked well and looked nice in the kitchen. Unfortunately, after just a few months, some of the parts started to feel a bit cheap, and it began making weird noises that don’t seem normal. For the price, I really expected it to feel sturdier and last longer. I still like the design and it had a good first impression, but overall I’m disappointed with how quickly the quality issues showed up

"Docs are decent, but finding them should be easier"
I only used the product docs on siemens.com, not the actual hardware. Once I found the right manual, some of the information was clear and helpful. The frustrating part was getting there, it took more digging than it really should. Search and downloads did work, but people are just trying to get the info they need and move on, so making the right documents easier to find would be a basic courtesy

I was on Siemens.com looking for some basic product info, and the main thing I remember is just getting lost in the menus. Maybe there were helpful pages somewhere, but I kept clicking around more than I expected and never felt like I was in the right place. The site just felt harder to use than it should.

"Siemens install was fine overall"
The Siemens installer showed up a little late, which was kind of annoying at first, but honestly... it wasn’t a huge deal. Once he got started, things seemed to go okay, and the install was done without any real issues.
